On Call Alert is an application to help thosewho must be "on call" at work (ie: at a datacenter or ISP). It isan app to play an alarm if a text (SMS) or email message isreceived that matches a user-defined list of keywords, phonenumbers or email addresses. The alarm sound can be anyAndroid-accessible ringtone and the volume is configurable.
